These terms explain what you can expect from Post to Profit and what we expect from you. We have kept the language simple on purpose.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your login details and everything done through your account. Keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
Use Post to Profit for lawful marketing work. Do not use it to spam, mislead people, promote illegal or harmful products, or interfere with the service or other users.
Affiliate and digital marketing use
Post to Profit is a marketing organization and tracking tool. You decide what you promote, what you post and where you post it. We do not post on your behalf and we do not review your offers.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee clicks, commissions, revenue, sales, traffic or any business result. Post to Profit helps you organize, create and track your marketing so you can make better decisions based on your own results. It is not a promise of income.
Platform and program rules
You are responsible for following the rules of every affiliate program, marketplace and social platform you use, as well as any laws that apply to you.
Required disclosures
If you promote affiliate offers, you are responsible for including any disclosure required by the platform, the affiliate program and applicable law. Post to Profit does not write those disclosures for you.
Prohibited misuse
Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, resell access, generate fake clicks, or use automated tools to abuse tracking links.
Intellectual property
Post to Profit, including its software, branding and templates, belongs to us. Your offers, your content and your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and display that data so the app can work for you.
Payments
Paid access is charged through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Founding Member access is a one-time payment of $67 — it is not a monthly or annual subscription and it does not renew automatically.
Founding Member access
Founding Member unlocks unlimited use of the current features and includes improvements we make while Founding Member access remains active. Features may change over time as the product develops.
Service availability
We work to keep Post to Profit available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or issues with third-party providers may cause downtime.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Post to Profit is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost income, lost data or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date on this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
