Privacy Policy

• Your account details: email address and the name you give us at signup.
• Optional onboarding answers about what you promote and where you post.
• The offers you save, including the product or affiliate links you enter.
• Content you generate and choose to save.
• Tracking links you create and the click events recorded for them.
• Sales and commission amounts you enter manually in the Money Tracker.
• A record that a payment was made, such as the amount, currency and status.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Post to Profit does not store full card details, card numbers, or security codes. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy terms. We keep a simple record of the transaction — such as the amount, currency, status and Stripe reference — so we can unlock your account and keep accurate accounting records.

Tracking links currently record click events and timestamps so you can see how many clicks a link received. The app does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses, precise location data, or device fingerprinting information. Clicks are counted for you as the link owner; visitors are not personally identified by Post to Profit.

We use Supabase for authentication, database storage and hosting infrastructure, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf so the app can function.

We use your information to run your account, show your own data back to you, process your purchase, respond to support requests, and keep the service working and secure. We do not sell your personal information.

You are responsible for the products, affiliate links and content you add to Post to Profit, including making sure you are permitted to promote them and that you follow the rules of any affiliate program or social platform you use.

You can view and edit your data inside the app at any time. You may request account deletion, or delete your account yourself from the Account page. When an account is deleted, we remove or disconnect your app data. Records we need to keep for legitimate transaction and accounting purposes are retained but disconnected from your account where practical.

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
